Once you have logged into the toopage, click on 'Palace'.

Choose the palace on which you wish to ban the Ip address and click 'Manage'.

In the middle of the page click 'IP Ban'.

Here it will list the Ip addresses banned from your palace.

Click on 'Add IP' to start banning the IP.

Type in the IP address of the user you wish to ban adding any comments if you wish to do so and click 'Submit'.

The IP has now been banned and no longer has access to your palace.
